Find Costa Rican “Lajas” Honey Process Coffee, Ground (5 Pound Bag)
This is the first time Coffee Masters purchases a coffee that is processed using the honey process method. During a typical Central American coffee process, the skin and fruit of the coffee cherry is removed before drying. However, in this process, the fruit remains and the coffee is dried on raised beds to insure a uniform drying. The result is a very different flavor profile - bright acidity with sweet, floral aroma, and strong melon flavor, finishing with a hint of lime. A truly unusual coffee from Costa Rica!
