These bright green giant olives come from the Adriatic coast of Southern Italy. They are mild and sweet with a very dense “meaty” flesh. They are preserved in brine made of water, salt, Tartaric and Citric acids.

The Cerignola olives are excellent for snacking or with drinks. We like to pair them with chunks of Parmigiano and some fresh crusty bread for a “rustica” lunch made in heaven.

This large economic packaging is perfect for a true olive lover. Each plastic container holds three individual vacuum packed bags of olives. The total weight per container is 5lbs. net drained weight with each bag holding 1.7lbs. (That is approximately 81 large, meaty, delicious olives per bag.) The plastic container, with its resealable lid, is a perfect way to store the olives once the bags are opened.
